BRAD BOTELHO
DIRECTOR OF GROWTH
Brad Botelho brings over 25 years of experience in the ophthalmology field, with a proven track record of leadership and practice growth. He previously served as CEO of Diamond Vision Laser Centers and COO of Manhattan LASIK Center, where he oversaw operations, strategic expansion, and patient care initiatives. Most recently, Brad worked as a Practice Development Consultant with Carl Zeiss Meditec, supporting practices across the country in optimizing performance and integrating advanced technologies. Currently, Brad is working with Clarity Vision Institute to establish and strengthen new co-management and collaborative care relationships throughout Northern New Jersey.

LEAD SURGICAL COORDINATOR
Simona serves as the bridge between clinical excellence and patient experience at Clarity Vision Institute. As Lead Surgical Coordinator, she oversees every aspect of the surgical journey—from scheduling and education to follow-up logistics—ensuring that each patient feels informed, supported, and confident at every step. Whether coordinating pre-op testing or orchestrating complex timelines across multiple providers, Simona ensures a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the values of the CVI brand.

PATIENT CONCIERGE & SURGICAL COORDINATOR
As both Patient Concierge and Surgical Coordinator, Laurie brings a rare blend of clinical efficiency and personal attentiveness—ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and cared for from consultation through recovery. Whether she’s helping a patient understand their premium lens options or coordinating surgery dates with referring doctors, she brings clarity and compassion to every interaction. Laurie ensures that no question goes unanswered, no detail is overlooked, and every patient’s experience reflects the elevated standard CVI is known for.
